NGC1055 LRGB

Description: NGC 1055 is an edge-on spiral galaxy located in the constellation Cetus that has a prominent nuclear bulge crossed by a wide, knotty, dark lane of dust and gas [Ref: WikiPedia]

Sky Conditions: Clear skies crescent moon,  FWHM: 2.5 arc sec/pixel

Imaging: Exposure: 120min Luminous (12x600sec) at 2x2bin and 120 min RGB each (12 x 600sec/ea.) at 2x2 bin using RGB filters

Guiding: ProTrac assisted guiding of 10 sec guide rate at 2x2 bin using NOAG

FLI 8300 CCD (LRGB filters), cooled to -30deg C
