Horsehend and Flame Nebula - Color

Description is an emission nebula (informally known as the spider) that is energized by embedded hot, massive blue stars. The bluish clouds of gas at the top of the image are locations of new star formation. [Ref: WikiPedia]

Sky Conditions: Thin high clouds  most of the night with 50% moon shine ,  FWHM: 2.8 arc sec/pixel

Imaging: Exposure: 90 min Color de-bayered (18 x 300 sec) at 1x1 bin using Narrowband LPF

Guiding: Guiding at 5sec rate using 60mm guide scope

ZWO ASI 183 Color Pro -10 deg C

8” RASA at F2

Paramount ME Mount

SW:

SkyX, PixIsight -  calibration with darks, bias and color correction
